How do I receive my design bundles after purchase?
All our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive an email with a download link to access your design bundles. No physical items will be shipped.
Can I use the designs for commercial projects?
Yes! You may use our templates and designs for personal and commercial projects — such as social media, marketing materials, and print-on-demand stores. However, reselling or redistributing the original files is not allowed.
What tools do I need to edit the templates?
Most of our designs are made for Canva and AI design platforms. You only need a free Canva account to edit, customize, and download your files.
What if I don’t receive my download link?
If you don’t receive your email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at contact@packtees.store, and we’ll resend your download link right away.
